Dallas collection firm wins accolades, plans expansion

A Dallas area commercial debt collection agency is planning to expand its staff by  75 new workers  as it experiences significant growth in its recovery services. Tucker, Albin and Associates of Richardson, Texas, has also drawn attention as a good place to work, as evidenced by its inclusion in the Best Places to Work in Collections by and Best Companies Group. The company made the list for the third year in a row. The collection firm has also been recognized with a 2012 Dallas 100 Award by Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business. The award, co-founded by the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship, is given annually to honor the top 100 fastest growing, privately-held companies in the Dallas vicinity. "The exponential growth of Tucker, Albin can be attributed to two factors: our continued recruiting, hiring and development of the most talented professionals in the industry, along with our commitment to provide the highest quality of service to our growing client base," CEO Allen Humphris told insideARM. The company credits its success to referral business from existing clients,the firm's employee efforts to meet high standards in the business of debt collection and the quality of its workplace.
