Power your custom applications with IBV intelligence
For companies with more advanced needs like building your own products and applications, the IBV API makes the job easy. Designed with a REST architecture that is compatible across most contemporary programming languages, the IBV API puts the data of 15,000+ financial institutions at your fingertips. The Instant Bank Verification API is fully documented to help your development team get up to speed fast.

The API leverages a client-server model where your website becomes a ‘client’ of the MicroBilt IBV server.
An individual enters a loan
request via the IBV API.
A request is sent to the Microbilt IBV
server, where your website is
already a client.
The IBV server then responds with a token that is used to reference this single, unique transaction. The token (GUID), being tied to a single response, will return the same results as the initial response even if retrieved again at a later time.
Once the applicant’s account information is verified, you will receive a Callback URL in response or you can initiate a call for the results yourself.
From a technical standpoint, our API uses a client-server model where your website becomes a ‘client’ of the MicroBilt IBV server.

VALIDATION
Once the applicant’s account information is verified, you will receive the response data via a Callback URL or you can initiate a call for the results.
Keeping our clients, and their customers data, secure.
Due to the heightened security requirements of passing financial information between servers, API users will be asked to conduct a 3rd party audit of your data system’s security. In the event you do not have a preferred auditor, we are happy to recommend reputable firms. Once you’ve conducted your security audit you’ll be formally on-boarded and our API will be made available to your development team.
