ATTENTION: CUSTOMERS
USING DIAL-UP CREDIT TERMINALS AND
SOFTWARE
Based on the Net Connect
program and the initiative for Experian to discontinue dial up
access to Experian, MicroBilt has developed a "Secure Dial"
program for customers using dial-up credit terminals and
software effective 12/15/2003. As a result, this solution will
allow Experian customers the ability to remain using their
credit terminal or software AND continue to run Experian
reports.
The customer will change the number that the terminal
or software dials to an 800 number provided by MicroBilt.
MicroBilt will accept that inquiry, validate the customer, and
then send the inquiry over a private virtual circuit into
Experian. When the report is received back from Experian it is
sent back to the requesting terminal or software. It has been
our experience so far that we have actually been able to
improve on existing response times.

For more information or to facilitate the
implementation of MicroBilt's Experian Secure Dial Solution,
please follow the process outlined below:
1) Experian
Representatives and Clients can call MicroBilt at
1-800-884-4397, option 1 and speak collaboratively with
an Account Manager about the
solution.
2) The Account Manager will review
the set-up process, agreement and pricing with the
customer.
3) Once the completed agreement
has been received, an experienced MicroBilt technical support
representative will coordinate set-up and implementation with
the customer.
4) Experian customer
continues to run reports through their terminal or software.
