New Data Source Reports Include:

People Search – Provides basic search which returns Name, Age, DOB, SS#, Current Address and Phone, Neighbors, Relatives, Historical Addresses, Aliases and Date of Death.
Bankruptcy Search - Provides most current search nationwide for bankruptcy filings on a person or business within just 2 days of a filing and returns Trustee, attorney for filer, assets, liabilities, chapter, date of creditors meeting and disposition.
UCC Filings – Provides details from a loan made by a corporation. This includes items used for collateral.
Motor Vehicle Search – Report returns VIN #, Ownership, make and model.
Criminal Search – Provides felony convictions report that includes incarceration.
Property Search – Provides details from a deed
Drivers License Search – Provides search by driver license returns tag, license plate and VIN number on all cars.

Decision Table Rules Added
With this new release, we have added new Decision Table editing screens, notes capability on application entry and notes indicator on the application list. You can now enter notes from application entry and the reports with notes will be indicated on the ‘Application List’ with an asterisk.

The Loan to Value rule calculates the ratio between the amount of the loan divided by the book value of the product. The calculation is: LoanAmount / BookValue = Loan to Value ratio.

Decision Table is a free product of the Systems Integration Tool Kit that allows users the ability to define their credit criteria based on specific products and automates their credit decisions based on selections. With Decision table you can also assign queues to specific users, edit decisions and assign manual decisions.

Online Billing & Member ID Set-Up - Now Available
Online billing is now available. Billing is done monthly, so you can now view current volumes by user ID.

In addition, you can also set-up your user member ID’s online. Call the support help desk at
