Based on numerous requests for billing options that meet
the needs of all our customers, our developers have been
hard at work so that our customers can tailor their
CreditCommander.com account to their needs for
accounting and invoice reconcilement.

to Get Started...
Go
to 'Admin Options' and note the new menu
items on the left under Customer Billing.
These new menu items include:
- AR
Department
Click here to create an AR Department
with your "From To" billing information
and also to indicate your billing cycle and how
you would like batched invoices to be exported
such as through email or ftp formatted in html,
xml or Quickbooks.
- Customers
Click
here to create customers based upon groups created
in CreditCommander.com. Enter your customer's
billing information, i ndicate if your customer
can view their bill online and how they will
receive their bill each month such as printing
locally, mail, email
or fax.
- Product
Pricing
Click
here to set and assign specific bureau product
p ricing using the pricing table provided .
- Miscellaneous
Pricing
Click
here to add pricing for customized products and/or
recurring fees for custom billing purposes.
- Invoice
Management
Click
here to manage all your invoices by AR Department. You
can review the invoice,
transaction detail, and transaction summary for
a specific customer; add customized items to
invoices, recalculate invoices because of
pricing table or billing information changes,
distribute the invoice to the customer, and/or
export batched invoices
to yourself.

From the admin option page you
can now view not only your statement, but also all
link accounts to your main account. Also you can
view your pricing from the “My Pricing” menu
option.

New Statement - Now available at the Administrator level, you can view
all statements that report up through the Administrator. Through the admin option
page, view your statement and also the ones linked to your main account.
New
Pricing Feature - You can now view your pricing from
the “My Pricing” menu option and invoice details
can be viewed or printed.
Use the new billing module
to audit your bills from the credit bureau by entering
your pricing into the pricing tables and we’ll
help you calculate your bill so you can compare to

account, subject to credit approval. Through CreditCommander.com
we’ll
provide a tool that acts like a virtual credit
card authorization terminal to process your transactions
for your end users.
