Do you have the resources to perform Manual Criminal Reports in some geographic areas? If there are certain jurisdictions that you would like to supply the court runner, you can now configure CreditCommander.com to do so.
With this new functionality, you identify the counties that you would like to search internally in ‘admin setup’. When a user requests a manual criminal report, e.g., State Criminal Report, State Department of Corrections Report, and Felony and Misdemeanor County Report, from those counties, you are automatically notified via an email and a report is created in your work queue. Upon completion, the customer is automatically notified.

Certain products return less data with the more information you enter. To eliminate this issue, you now are able to select which data will be sent per individual product. Using this new feature, you have all of the benefits of a packaged report without “no-hits,” insufficient data or duplicate data entry. Only those products with these special conditions, will allow you to specify what data is sent. In addition, tips showing suggested search criteria are now displayed on application entry.

The data export from CreditCommander.com is now automated and no longer has to be manual. With the new release, you are able to automatically send the data pulled from the site to your external application.

Create your own user-defined product in CreditCommander.com. Perhaps you are doing tenant or landlord verifications, and you need your call center to fulfill these. This new product allows you to define multiple fields and questions to prompt on the application and actual verification screen.

When using the letter generation service, you can now attach the letters to view report. When a letter is generated you can view it from the main report screen. This will allow you to actually view the letter while viewing the credit report.

Save on the cost of a credit report when you first screen criminal and eviction records before pulling a credit reports.

Under the new release, you can now generate declination letters with scores from both TTY (Print Image) and MicroBilt Common Report format reports.

New Users
New security ID and password requirements have been added to comply with the credit bureaus. These requirements affect new users going forward.
Existing Users
If a new user is added or if an existing user setup is edited for any reason, the new security policy regarding user names and passwords must be followed (see below for new policies).
Within 90 days all passwords (including Admin and Supervisor passwords) will be required to comply with the new policy. If an administrator or a supervisor edits an existing user password, the new security policy will force them to comply with these new password requirements.
Inactive Users
Under the new bureau mandates, inactive users will be suspended within 90 days of no activity and are required to contact the Administrator to be re-enabled.
The new password policy is as follows:

User ID / Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters |
| 2. |
User ID and passwords cannot be the same |
| 3. |
Passwords cannot contain the User ID |
| 4. |
All passwords must contain both a letter and a number |
| 5. |
Users are automatically suspended after 5 failed login attempts. (Failed attempts can still be set at 1-4 tries) |
| 6. |
Passwords must be changed at least every 90 days |
App List
When the user name is changed, the App List will be automatically updated from the old user name to the current user name.
