Access Our New Evictions Database
You can now check the public record database nationally of eviction records. The Evictions Database is a new online information service for CreditCommander.com customers, and is backed by a nationwide proprietary database of evictions records.

Evictions Data Definition:
An eviction is the legal recovery of lands, tenements, etc. from another’s possession by due course of law - it is the process by which a landlord removes a tenant from physical possession of the rented property.

An eviction record is collected from the county level courts when a judgment is filed in court. Eviction data is collected from the courts by our vendor and placed on our FTP site daily. The vendor will collect the initial complaint date whenever possible.

MicroBilt Adds Two New Skip Tracing Tools
MicroBilt has added two new skip tracing tools to help our customers locate individuals with uncollected debt. These new tools are listed as Reverse Phone Number Search and Business Search.

Reverse Phone Number Search - simply type in a phone number and the report returns the name and address for which the phone number is listed under.

Business Search - is a basic business search very similar to our People Search

We have also added a new link to our People Search report that allows you to do an Address Search on any information returned.

People Search - New Feature
Address Search - Request an address search directly from a people search to narrow your search scope. Only records with the same address will be returned

Wildcards - Enter wildcards in the street number field to return multiple addresses.

Example:

4* Main St
Would return any street numbers starting with 4

4000:4200 Main St
Would return all addresses from the 4000 block to 4200

MicroBilt adds National Background Data C.O.P.S. PLUSTM to CreditCommander.com

MicroBilt has added National Background Data’s (NBD) C.O.P.S. PLUSTM to CreditCommander.com. NBD’s C.O.P.S. PLUSTM is an online real-time nationwide and state criminal search. This report is a more robust version of the NBD C.O.P.S. report with additional offense and sentencing information.

CreditCommander.com now has two online Criminal databases to help our customers get the information they need. Check the coverage charts to determine which search is best for you.

You can now also search each state individually. Some states that are not available in the nationwide searches are now available on an individual basis.

New for Private Label Customers - Ability to Brand Credit Reports with Company Name
Customize the credit reports your customers run with your company name on the report. Under Admin features, private label customers can now insert their company information into the credit report. This feature allows our customers to help establish and reinforce brand identity.
