Declination Letters
Acceptance or declination letters can be attached to levels within a Decision Table. Each level can be assigned a letter template created by you. With this template, applicants can be notified of their status and/or any products for which they qualify. Promotional letters may also be sent to promote additional products or services.

Suggested uses for Letters include:
  • Declination Letters that can fulfill your FCRA requirements by including reason codes from credit bureau scorecards
  • Inform Applicants that their credit bureau report was pulled
  • Use as a cross selling tool for applicants who were approved
  • Attach copy of credit report along with a letter
  • Meet FCRA Requirements for employment purposes by sending a copy of the applicants report when they are turned down based on his or her credit.
There are several ways Administrators can set-up and generate letters through CreditCommander.com:
  • Create as many letter templates as you need through the Letter Template Module under set-up
  • Select desired template and recipients manually through application list and letters will automatically be sent to each applicant
  • Decision Table users can assign any letter template to a decision level. Letters will automatically be generated when an applicant is assigned an automated decision by CreditCommander.com
  • Disable Letters if you choose not to utilize under Administrator Options
Costs for this service include the letter, stuffing and postage.

New Additional Data Sources User Interface
As we continue to grow and add new Data Sources, we found the need to redesign the layout and presentation of our new products. We have added a tab bar at the top of application entry. This bar can be toggled on or off in access code set-up. Also, even though your users can see this bar they won't have access to the data sources unless you have already granted access in set-up.

County Criminal, Manual Courts and DMV Driving Records
The manual searches are different in that you will first be prompted with the estimated cost of the report and you must approve it. The request is then sent to a field of court researchers that is over 5,000 strong. You'll be able to check on the status of any report requested in the application list. When the report has been fulfilled the status will be updated, the report will be available for view and your account will be billed.
  • (CTY Criminal) Felonies and Misdemeanors at the county level
  • (CTY Civil) Civil Court (High) at the county level
  • (ST Criminal) Criminal Court at the state level
  • (ST DOC) Department of Corrections at the state level
  • Now through our new (DMV Driving Records) product you can access an applicant's entire driving record history.
