MVP Service Contracts
Our MVP Service Contracts provide automobile purchasers peace of mind by extending or adding mechanical breakdown coverage. Potential failure of a new or used vehicle acquisition can be quite troubling. That's why many new and used car buyers decide its better to pay a little bit now to avoid paying a lot later in the form of costly vehicle repairs. Coverage ranges from short-term Basic Powertrain to long-term Bumper-to-Bumper Exclusionary Coverage.
GAP Coverage
GAP covers an individual loss in the event there is a difference, or 'GAP', between the outstanding loan amount and the primary insurance recovery. Our MVP Program includes a Traditional GAP option as well as GAP coverage available to Buy-Here-Pay-Here independent dealerships.
Paint-less Dent Repair (PDR) Travel Program
Using special tools and techniques developed by auto manufacturing teams, technicians permanently remove door dings and minor dents. The process is seamless and will not harm a vehicle's factory finish. A nationwide network of technicians quickly responds to claims. The damage assessment and dent removal work can be done at the purchaser's convenience, and more importantly at their home or office. Other benefits of the program include travel and hotel discounts, as well as custom trip routing.
Road Hazard Tire & Wheel Protection
Covered road hazards include potholes, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic or composite scraps, or any item causing tire, wheel or trim damage beyond normal wear and tear. Coverage includes repair or replacement of tire and rims - including mounting, balancing, and taxes. An emergency roadside assistance benefit specifically for tire-related issues also comes standard with this coverage. Protection is typically offered in three and five year terms, however a seven year option is available for some RV's and single-axle trailers.
24-Hour Roadside Assistance
Our Roadside Assistance option offers auto dealers the opportunity to mark-up and resell, or make standard on every vehicle, a comprehensive Emergency Roadside Assistance Program at a very affordable cost.
Windshield Travel Protection Program
This coverage includes windshield repair and replacement if the covered chip or crack cannot be repaired. Our repair professionals can repair many types of chips and breaks, including cracks up to six inches long, approximately the size of a dollar bill. If windshield damage occurs to your vehicle while on the road, call our toll-free number and we will arrive at your home or office at your convenience to make the appropriate repairs.
