The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires that credit bureaus allow consumers to dispute inaccurate information contained in their credit file. If you have been turned down for credit based on information in a PRBC Report, and would like to request a copy of the information contained in the report, or dispute information contained in the report, please send a request in writing to:
