Whether you are performing a search on an individual or business, their assets or background, we now have all the reporting and information you need.

Data Source Packages

Through CreditCommander.com you can select one search report or a combination of reports to locate the most up-to-date information available on the market.

Package Set-Up
MicroBilt has set-up global default packages that everyone, including users will now see. If you would like to disable these packages, simply go into access codes and delete them. Most of the features are self-explanatory. You can create ‘Packages’ the same way you have always created ‘Access Codes’.

1. Click My Account
2. Click Packages/Access Codes
3. Select products they would always like defaulted when using the package. 1 credit bureau product can be defaulted and multiple data source products can be defaulted.

Search Packages
Select one search report or a combination of reports to locate the most up-to-date information available. Suggested Samples of Search Packages include:

Background Search/ Employment Package - Run a comprehensive search on the background of an individual or business.

CreditCommander.com’s new data sources will be updated daily, so you'll have more current data than other sources available. The associative links, historical residential information, and other information, such as an individual’s possible relatives and associates, are deeper and more comprehensive than other commercially available database systems presently on the market.

‘Set-Up’ Changed to ‘My Account’
The ‘Set-Up’ button has been renamed and changed to ‘My Account’ on the left hand side of the site. ‘My Account’ includes the same functionality. Under ‘Billing’ your monthly billing statement is located to the far left.

Decision Table Rules Added
With this new release, we have added new Decision Table editing screens, notes capability on application entry and notes indicator on the application list. You can now enter notes from application entry and the reports with notes will be indicated on the ‘Application List’ with an asterisk.

The Loan to Value rule calculates the ratio between the amount of the loan divided by the book value of the product. The calculation is: LoanAmount / BookValue = Loan to Value ratio.

Decision Table is a free service of CreditCommander.com that allows users the ability to define their credit criteria based on specific products and automates their credit decisions based on selections. With Decision table you can also assign queues to specific users, edit decisions and assign manual decisions.
