Judgments database includes records obtained from the
final bankruptcies, liens, and judgments found in court
records. Possible uses include: Asset Location, Risk

Nationwide Federal Criminal
Search
This request will conduct a repository
search for federal criminal cases filed in U.S. District
Courts nationwide. U.S.
District Courts are trial courts for matters involving
federal law. This repository is updated weekly
and is extremely comprehensive, with only 10 District
Courts not reporting into the national system: Alaska
; Idaho ; Nevada ; New Mexico ; S. District, IN; S. District,
WV; South Dakota ; North Dakota ; Rhode Island ; and
W. District, AR. Please note that federal courts
often do not record personal identifying information.

Evictions
Suit Records - Our eviction records contain all of the
defendants involved in a tenant eviction case, judgment,
plaintiff, suits or petitions filed and particular comments
on the case. (availability varies by state). Eviction
reports include non-monetary judgments and those not
reported to the credit bureaus. Information is updated
monthly.
Civil Suit Records
Our
new Civil suit database
provides relevant information on civil suits including
defendant, plaintiff, case number, filing date, and type
of case. The database allows you to check prior
litigation involving an individual or business, uncover
chronic litigious behavior, and determine the status
of an existing lawsuit. The database provides
filing information on civil suits from various courts
throughout various jurisdictions in the United States
which makes it an effective tool for uncovering lawsuit
information.
Lien Records
This database
assists in determining the status of assets. Find
lien records information on outstanding debts of an
individual or business, as well as the encumbrance
status of assets. Includes real property liens, tax
liens, mechanic liens, and more.
Judgment Records
Find judgments
against an individual or business. Search judgment
records to find information on how a lawsuit was settled.
Decision Table Enhancement
Added a criteria b to several rules. i.e # of bankruptcies in the
last x months. We added that these rules can now be checked to see when
they occurred.

a consumer’s debit history, as well as identity verification. The debit
report is an online bank reference that provides critical data in evaluating

now able to access one stop reporting with the addition of eFund’s Debit
Reports and Account ChexSystems.
Debit Report for Credit Issuance
Tap into an Online Bank Reference that provides access for credit issuers into
DebitBureau® (the most comprehensive debit database in the world) so
you can augment credit information with debit information to capture a more
complete historical financial picture of a consumer. Debit report contains
information on returned checks for insufficient funds, accounts that have
been closed for cause, check orders and an inquiry history.
Debit Report for Collections
Access debit information that assists you in locating people for collection
purposes. To begin using Debit reports for collections, you must first go
into the access code set-up and turn on eFund’s, then turn on the individual
reports.
ChexSystems
fights account abuse and fraud - it's a comprehensive account opening service
from eFund’s available only to banks and credit union’s that
help identify applicants whose accounts have been closed for cause and who
therefore may have a propensity for DDA abuse. The ChexSystems product requires
that you have an eFund’s customer ID.
FACT ACT Compliance Release
New fraud indicators added. Address, social
security numbers and some score card enhancements have
been included with this release. Additional 5 th reason
code has been added.
CreditCommander.com Account
Access – All interface activity can
be viewed in your account set-up through CreditCommander.com.
You can view any applications or activity in the application
list. This makes the information available in our billing
module and for viewing purposes as well. If you would
like the opportunity to increase your revenue channels,
then think about offering your customers this capability.
